Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?
No, We don’t have a showroom as we are an online only supplier, however we do have a small display area where we can show customers sample doors and finishes and help with plans etc.
When will my doors be delivered?
Our lead times for our Made To Measure kitchen doors are currently dispatched within 7-13 working days.
Do you drill your Kitchen doors for hinges?
Yes, we drill a 35mm diameter standard hole to take a UK standard kitchen hinge. Our standard drilling positions are 100mm from the top of the door and 100mm from the bottom of the door to the centre of each hole. All hinge holes are drilled a standard position in from the side edge of the door which is 22.5mm to centre (UK Standard).
Do you drill your Kitchen doors for handles?
Unfortunately, this isn’t something which we offer but you can purchase a Handle Jig from our website which will help you drill for handles precisely.
What is the guarantee on your Kitchen Doors?
We offer a 6 year manufacturers guarantee on all brands: Bella, Zurfiz, Pronto, Lucente, Cartmel & Vivo+. This covers any manufacturing or material faults.
What materials are used to make your doors?
Our Bella range is made from 18mm MDF and vinyl wrapped on the face and four edges with a single piece of vinyl. Our Zurfiz range is made from 18 or 19mm MDF with a 2mm acrylic face and a solid acrylic edging or from MFC, depending on finish.
Do the handles come with the doors?
No, all handles will have to be ordered separately as they do not come within the door price.
Do the handles come with the fixing screws?
Yes, all handles will be supplied with fixing screws.
Do you offer matching accessories to suit the door ranges?
Yes, we offer a range of matching accessories to match all door ranges and finishes. You can find these in the accessory pages related to each brand.
I am a trade customer, can I buy from you?
Yes, of course. Please contact us with any requirements you may have.
Can I pay for my order over the phone?
No, for your own security we only accept payments by Paypal. Mind you, you don`t need to have a Paypal account to make a payment and you can use all types of Debit or Credit cards.
Do you offer non-standard sized or special sized replacement Kitchen Doors?
Yes, almost all of our ranges we offer Made To Measure. The most of the sizes are already on website marked as MTM. If you would rather email them to us we are more than happy to supply you a quotation. Our email address is sales@awesomekitchens.co.uk
