Returns & Exchanges

All goods that are made to order cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been accepted.
This applies to all of our doors, panels and accessories to each door range as these are all made specifically to each individuals requirements.

All other products that do not fall into the above category can be returned within 14 days from delivery.
All returns should be returned in re-sellable condition, unused and in original packaging.

Returns on eligible products will have a 25% re-stock surcharge and return delivery at your own cost

To return any products to us we require you to email us within 48 hours with your order number, contact details, products you are wishing to return and a reason.

Anybody wishing to return any products should email us a awesomekitchens@mail.uk and we will send you an Address where you have to send it to.
